- After the Water Tower you will pass Peake Villa Soccer Club and Thurles Rugby Club. We are exactly 1.5miles from Peake Villa.
- Follow the main road to Moyne for 1.5 miles until you see 2 Blue Wheelie Bins at old Red gate on left hand side, on a bad bend. (If you glance in the gate you will see aThatched Cottage). We are the next building on Left hand side.
- The Studio is a Dormer House with Green Windows and a Wooden Porch on front and back.
- Keep an eye out for a wooden sign on left hand side for Ní Riain Photography Ltd.
